1. Expertise and Professional Consultation: We are not medical professionals or entomologists. We provide information based on general knowledge and experience. It is crucial to consult a qualified professional or seek expert advice before handling or owning a tarantula or any arthropod.
2. Acknowledgment of Risks: Tarantulas are venomous creatures, and their bites can cause varying degrees of harm or allergic reactions in individuals. Although tarantula bites are generally not life-threatening, adverse effects can include pain, swelling, itching, or secondary infections. By purchasing a tarantula, you understand and accept the inherent risks of handling and owning such creatures. Keep small items such as magnets found in our enclosures away from children and pets to prevent harm if ingested.
3. Individual Reactions: Different individuals may have different reactions to a tarantula bite due to variations in their overall health, pre-existing medical conditions, allergic tendencies, or any number of unpredictable circumstances. We are not responsible or liable for any individual reactions or the severity of symptoms experienced.

Substrate Blends and Animal Health: Our substrate blends, including Royal Soil products, are formulated for general use across a range of species, but husbandry requirements vary significantly between animals. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to research the specific substrate, moisture, and environmental needs of their animal before use. We are not responsible or liable for any illness, injury, adverse reaction, or death of any animal resulting from the use of our substrate blends, including where such outcomes arise from the owner's failure to research or verify the suitability of a product for their particular species. You assume full responsibility for confirming that any product is appropriate for your animal prior to use.
6. Product Use and Disclaimer of Product Liability: All products are sold "as is." We are not responsible or liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use, misuse, storage, or handling of our products, including but not limited to substrate blends, enclosures, feeders, and accessories. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, whether to persons, animals, or property. You assume all risk and responsibility once a product is in your possession.
7. General Disclaimer of Liability: We hereby disclaim any liability for any harm, injury, or damage caused by the bite or actions of any animal purchased from us. This includes but is not limited to physical injuries, allergic reactions, medical expenses, loss of property, or any other consequential damages. You assume all liability and responsibility once the arthropod is in your possession.

Indemnification: By purchasing an arthropod or product from us, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the arthropod, its bite, our products, or your ownership, use, or interaction with either.
9. Legal Compliance: It is your responsibility to comply with all local, regional, and national laws and regulations regarding the ownership, importation, handling, and transportation of arthropods and related products. We assume no liability for any violation of these laws.
