Fossorial Fissure
The Fossorial Fissure premium habitats were designed with the friends who live among the soil in mind. Often choosing to web up a hole, dig deep burrows in the earth, or prefer to scurry around in the dirt. These enclosures are perfect for isopods, fossorial tarantulas such as the Skeleton Leg Tarantula, or rare types of roaches that can climb glass or plastic that you’d like to keep from roaming from your house, such as Extinct-in-the-Wild roaches.
All of our Fossorial models feature a single, removable, fitted magnetic lid. All our enclosures use pet-safe and UV-resistant clear acrylic with laser-drilled ventilation on two sides and top.
Available Sizes
Small: 3-inch cube. Ideal for tiny fossorial spiderlings, smaller isopods like Panda Kings, or a single beetle larvae.
Medium: 6-inch cube. Ideal for any size isopod, medium roach species, and juvenile tarantulas.
Large: 9-inch cube. Ideal for adult Fossorial tarantula species, millipedes, or larger roaches.
